Crowdfunding is a way of raising money for a project to be realized, by asking a large number of people each for a
small amount of money.
People who introduce their ideas must be clear of what they do and what they need the money
for. They must be honest and smart with the way they do it, to actually encourage people to
want to give them their money. Their target audience must like the idea to want to help it.
Of course they do not do it for free.
People introducing ideas do things called rewards or pledges. Those are things that people who
are paying for a project will get from the person who asks for the money. It means that we are
dealing with simply exchange. The interesting project that we may enjoy, for something that
the project-maker can offer to us. For example digital or hard copy of a film that is going to be
made with the collected money, posters, reference in credits, photographs, artworks etc.
